Infrastructure is the key to providing good quality coating to our customers which is why at KA we believe in having the most advanced automatic systems available for the coating industry today.
Pre-treatment
The first and most vital step for Powder Coating is Pre-Treatment. This step is generally overlooked but it is by far the heart of the coating systems. We no only use the best Qualicoat approved system from Alu-finish, Germany but also import our chemicals. We use fully automatic Twin Hoist crane capable of handling 1 ton of Material in every batch. Every batch is checked with panels prepared and data is maintained. The baths can treat extrusions of 7 meter length which is the longest available size.
Powder Coating Plant
Our Powder Coating plant is fully automatic Conveyor line with a 16 Meter long oven with a conveyor speed of 0.8 Mtr/Min. The plant has a capacity to coat 5 Tons of aluminium profiles per shift. The powder spray booth is installed with 2 Reciprocators mounted with 4 Automatic Guns and 2 Manual touch up guns ensuring uniform thickness of coating in every batch.
Wood Finish Plant
Our wood effect machine has been fully imported from Decoral System SRL under direct licensee. We are the only applicator in North India which can offer warranty for Wood effect coating. The 865 machine is also unique in its own way and the only 865 available in India. The capacity is 50 profiles per hour and also a double membrane unit for decorating panels and other 3D objects.
